Is there a list of the magazine articles that are searched in Related Information?

I chose "Translate this text" from the Tools menu of an article, but don't see the translation. How can I view it?
The translation might not appear for users with popup blockers enabled on their browser. They would need to either disable popup blockers or allow popups from worldbookonline.com to ensure this does not happen. On an iPad, go to Settings > Safari and ensure that the Block Pop-ups option is turned off.

I am using the School & Library free trial and I have tried to bookmark the home page of World Book Student after I logged on. When I close my browser and go to my bookmark it reverts back to the log-on screen. How can I avoid this?
If you are using the password for the free trial you will be required to manually log on each time you access World Book Student. This is not the case with a paid subscription.

Can I use my IP Addresses to register instead of downloading a cookie on each workstation?
World Book Student can now be accessed using IP address authentication. World Book allows authentication via IP address providing that the IP addresses are static and not dynamic, meaning they do not change each time you access the Internet and they are used exclusively by those institutions listed in your account. Please contact your Sales Representative at (800) 975-3250 in the U.S., or (800) 837-5365 in Canada for more information.

Can I submit a range of dynamic IP addresses for access to World Book Student?
We can only accept a range of IP addresses if they do not go through a proxy server or firewall. For more information, send an email to help@worldbook.com.

I have used all of my accounts' seat licenses. How can I obtain more?

I would like to give my students/library patrons access from home; is there remote access to World Book Student? Do you integrate with Single Sign On programs, such as Clever?
We can integrate with Clever, Canvas, Schoology, and Classlink. For information on remote access or to set up integration, please contact your sales representative at (800) 975-3250 in the U.S., or (800) 837-5365 in Canada.

Does the World Book Student search engine have spelling autocorrection?
Yes! If the word you type is misspelled, the enhanced spelling correction feature analyzes the misspelled word, suggests the correct spelling, and performs a search on the corrected term automatically, while also providing a link to other possible spellings.
For example, if you search for "Kastle," the following will be shown on screen: "Sorry. There was an error with your search. Your search using kastle returned 0 results. The search term has been replaced with castle."
If "castle" is not what you're looking for, select "Other Spellings" to see a list of alternative spellings, enter a new search term in the search box, or try using Advanced search.

If you would like to place a link to World Book Student on your school's/library's home page, visit your World Book Account Tools page for icons and instructions. Please note that this link may only be placed on your Intranet home page. If you would like to place this link on your external home page, please contact your sales representative to find out how to obtain permission to do this.
