The Museo Virtual is a virtual museum with resources organized by era/time period. Educators can use it to show the characteristics of art from different time periods.

Access

You can find Museo Virtual in the feature bar at the top of the homepage, indicated by the brown frame icon.

You can also find the Museo Virtual feature listed further down on homepage, indicated by the matching frame icon.

Navigation

View hundreds of classic works of art- any time, anywhere.

Choose an art period/movement.
Choose a country of origin.
Select a work of art.
Learn more about the piece through the information on the right side. Hide the information by clicking ocultar información.
Zoom in and out using the slider on the top of the image, or view as full screen by clicking the button in the top left.
